Hi everyone! This is Julia of
The Broke and the Bookish, formerly blogging on my own at
The Competitive Bibliomaniac.
I read mostly historical romance, but can often be found reviewing paranormal romance, young adult books (mostly distopian/fantasy), fantasy/sci-fi, classics,
and the occasional non-fiction book about languages.
Feel free to follow and reblog!
Just finished thoughts: Creativity just flows from this series! I sometimes don't even know I am reading a reference to Little Red Riding Hood until I physically stop being so engrossed. Then it just slaps me in the face. And I say things like "Oh! Wow!" out loud. I bet there are some things I didn't even catch.
This is sooo close to five stars for me. The only reason I (at least at the current moment) have it at four was how disjointed it felt at the beginning. I have no idea how it could have been better, and it tied together in the end though. So when I expand this into a full review, I may bump this up. Which is something I do not take lightly.
Seriously. If you liked Cinder, you need to read this. Now.

I bumped it up to 4.5... since I have these half stars, might as well use them, eh?
